By accessing or using the Hexson website ("the Site"), placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. Product descriptions and images are presented in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the true color of a product.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgment that we have received it. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Hexson or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the Site's operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms described below, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
